Create or log in to a Marketplace account, start or update an application, include your state's recent Medicaid or CHIP decision and your current income, then enroll if eligible. HealthCare.gov
The Marketplace may mail you after a Medicaid or CHIP loss, but you don't have to wait for that before applying. HealthCare.gov
